For the last few weeks I have been starting {almost} every day with a Green Monster. My first was a
Mango Green Monster. Then I moved on to Strawberry Banana. Then Orange Pineapple. Right now I am loving Strawberry with Chocolate Soy Milk. So delicious. Definitely my favorite. Then a couple days ago I saw that Angela of
Oh She Glows (who started the Green Monster Movement) added some Green Monster to her oatmeal. So I decided to try my own version....a little peanut butter-chocolate soymilk Green Monster mixed into dry oats with a little more peanut butter and some carob chips. Cody seriously thought I was crazy.

The results...? Eh....not the best ever. I'm trying to incorporate more vegetables into my diet but I've got to draw the line somewhere....
I am going to try a green monster to be healthier!

ReplyDeleteOh dear, i can't say that looks yummy..but i could totally see Shrek and Fiona feeding their kids this kind of stuff..or perhaps any baby food looks like this..right?:)... but i bet it does good to your body ! so kudos for that, you healthy eater!

ew! I think it is great that you are trying to add more veggies but there have got to be better ways right? hehe.

Try getting your hands on a copy of Green for Life. The author REALLY knows her green smoothies. And it has a bunch of recipes in the back.
